These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your use of the text messaging program operated by Texoma Bounce, LLC (“Texoma Bounce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Texoma Bounce Booking Notifications.
Program Description
Texoma Bounce sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have opted in through our booking form at texomabounce.co/book or by texting our business number directly. Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, delivery schedule updates, and responses to customer inquiries about bounce house rentals.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive SMS messages from Texoma Bounce by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at texomabounce.co/book, or by texting our business number (903) 433-3838 to initiate a conversation. The consent checkbox on our booking form is unchecked by default and is separate from any other agreement or waiver.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You can generally expect to receive messages related to your active bookings, including confirmations, reminders the day before your event, delivery window updates on the day of your event, and follow-up communications after your rental.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Texoma Bounce does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message you receive from Texoma Bounce to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or by submitting a new booking request with the SMS consent checkbox checked.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected through our booking program are used solely to communicate with you about your bookings. We do not share, sell, or transfer phone numbers or SMS consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
