Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Texoma Bounce website and rental services. By booking a rental or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Rental Agreement

All bounce house rentals are for a single-day period of up to 8 hours. The rental period begins at the scheduled delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time. Rental pricing is $199 per day for standard units. Delivery, setup, and teardown are included in the rental price within our standard 25-mile service area from Gunter, TX. Deliveries beyond 25 miles are subject to a $1.50/mile surcharge.

Booking & Deposits

A $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable provided the equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. In the event of rain or severe weather, we offer a free reschedule to the next available date under our 48-hour weather policy. If we determine conditions are unsafe for setup, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.

Safety & Supervision

The renter is responsible for providing adult supervision at all times while the bounce house is in use. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older). We recommend no more than 6–8 children in the bounce house at one time, depending on the unit size and age of participants. Rough play, flips, climbing on walls, and shoes inside the bounce house are prohibited. Texoma Bounce is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

Setup Requirements

The renter must provide a suitable setup area that is flat, clear of debris, and at least 18′ x 18′ for standard units. A standard 110v electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location is required. The renter must inform Texoma Bounce of any underground sprinkler systems, septic lines, or utilities in the setup area. Grass surfaces are preferred. Setup on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces requires protective tarps (provided by Texoma Bounce).

Liability & Insurance

Texoma Bounce carries over $1 million in general liability insurance. All equipment is inspected in accordance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations. A digital liability waiver must be signed by the renter before the event. The renter assumes responsibility for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow setup and safety guidelines.

Damage & Cleaning

The renter is responsible for any damage to the bounce house beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to punctures, tears, stains, and damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or unauthorized modifications. Excessive cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit if the unit is returned in an unsanitary condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texoma Bounce, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.
