Booking & Pricing
How much does a bounce house rental cost?
All three of our units rent for $199 per day (up to 8 hours). That includes delivery, setup, safety anchoring, a sanitized unit, extension cord, safety signage, and full teardown. No hidden fees.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. Book 30 or more days in advance and save 10%. Rent a second unit for the same event and take 15% off the second unit. These discounts can be combined.
Is there a deposit?
A $100 refundable deposit is required at booking. It is returned after the rental as long as the unit is not damaged beyond normal use.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least two weeks for weekend dates. Spring and summer weekends in Prosper, Celina, and our other popular areas fill up quickly. Booking 30+ days out locks in the early-bird discount.
Delivery & Setup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 25-mile radius of Gunter, TX. That covers Prosper, Celina, Anna, Van Alstyne, Sherman, Denison, Melissa, Princeton, Howe, Tom Bean, Whitesboro, Aubrey, and Cross Roads. Delivery is free to all of these cities.
What do I need to have ready for setup?
A flat area of at least 18×18 feet and a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet. Grass is ideal, but we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or gym floors using tarps and sandbag anchoring.
How long does setup take?
About 15 to 20 minutes. We arrive 30 to 60 minutes before your event start time, inflate the unit, anchor it securely, and walk you through safety basics.
Safety & Insurance
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $1M+ in commercial general liability insurance. Every unit is TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) safety inspected. We provide certificates of insurance at booking for school events, church events, or any venue that requires them.
How clean are the bounce houses?
Every unit is deep-cleaned with EPA-registered disinfectant after every rental. No exceptions. When it arrives at your event, it looks and smells brand new.
Do adults need to supervise?
Yes. An adult must be present and actively supervising at all times while the bounce house is in use. We provide safety guidelines at setup.
Weather & Cancellation
What if it rains?
Our 48-hour weather reschedule policy lets you move your rental to a new date at no extra cost. If severe weather is forecasted, we will reach out proactively to arrange a new date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 or more hours before your event for a full refund. Weather-related reschedules are always free and do not count as cancellations.
